Adding Your Email Address to Microsoft Outlook 365 (Windows)

ℹ️ Note: Before starting, verify that your domain name has a valid SSL certificate and that your login credentials are correct by logging in via webmail.

Step-by-Step Guide

In the menu, click File and then click + Add Account.

Enter the email address you want to add and click Connect.

Choose Advanced setup and select IMAP.

Fill out the form:

Incoming mail:

Server: mail.voorbeeld.cc
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL/TLS

Outgoing mail:

Server: mail.voorbeeld.cc
Port: 465
Encryption method: SSL/TLS

Click Next.

In the Password field, enter your email account password.
Click Connect.

Finally, click Done.

Your email address has now been successfully added and is ready to send and receive emails.

ℹ️ Important: In this guide, replace voorbeeld.cc with your own domain name.
