# Adding an Email Address

### Adding an Email Address to Your Hosting Package

1. Log in to `https://voorbeeld.cc:2222` (or use [Single Sign-On (SSO)](/en/article/logging-in-to-hosting-package-via-single-sign-on-sso-1biycbb/)).
2. Under the **Email Manager** section, click **Email Accounts**.
3. Click the **CREATE ACCOUNT** button at the top right.
4. Fill out the form as follows:
   
* **Username:** enter the first part of the email address.
     *(Example: for info@voorbeeld.cc, enter **info** only.)*
* **Password:** choose a strong password (recommended: at least 16 characters, using uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
* **Email quota (MB):** enter the maximum allowed storage or select **Max** (to use your hosting plan's maximum disk space).

| 📌 **Important:**

* The **Daily Send Limit** field cannot be modified.
* You can send up to 200 emails per email address per day and 500 emails per hosting package per day.

5. Finally, click **CREATE ACCOUNT**.

Your email address is now created and ready to use, provided your domain name is active.
