# Adding an Email Address – WordPress Hosting

### Adding an Email Address to Your WordPress Hosting Package

1. Log in at `https://[servernaam].srvnl.nl:8443`.

2. In the right menu, click **Mail**.
3. Click the **+ Create Email Address** button.
4. Fill out the form:
   
* **Email address:** the first part of the email address (for example, for `jansen@voorbeeld.it`, enter `jansen`).
* **Can be used to log in to Plesk:** check this if the user should manage settings independently.
* **External email address:** optional, for password recovery.
* **Password:** choose a secure password (at least 16 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols).
* **Confirm password:** repeat the chosen password.
* **Mailbox:** set the maximum storage space. We recommend **Default size (Unlimited)**.

5. Click **OK**.

Your email address has now been successfully created and can be used immediately, provided your domain name is active.
