Adding Your Email Address to Microsoft Outlook 365 (macOS)

ℹ️ Note: Before starting, verify that your domain name has a valid SSL certificate and that your login credentials are correct by logging in via webmail.

In the menu bar, click Outlook.
Click Settings....
Under Personal Settings, click Accounts.
Click the blue Add Email Account button or the + at the bottom left and then click Add Account....
Fill out the form:

Email Address: your full email address.
Click Continue.

Choose the IMAP option to proceed.
Choose whether to sync your emails:

Sync to Microsoft Cloud (recommended) or
Directly via IMAP.

Fill out the form:

IMAP Password: your email password.
IMAP Incoming Mail Server: mail.voorbeeld.cc
SMTP Username: your full email address.
SMTP Password: your email password.
SMTP Outgoing Mail Server: mail.voorbeeld.cc

Click the blue Add Account button.

Your email address has now been successfully added and is ready to send and receive emails.

ℹ️ Important: In this guide, replace voorbeeld.cc with your own domain name.
