Adding Your Email Address to Microsoft Outlook 365 (macOS)
ℹ️ Note: Before starting, verify that your domain name has a valid SSL certificate and that your login credentials are correct by logging in via webmail.

Step-by-Step Guide
- In the menu bar, click Outlook.
- Click Settings....
- Under Personal Settings, click Accounts.
- Click the blue Add Email Account button or the + at the bottom left and then click Add Account....
- Fill out the form:
- Email Address: your full email address.
- Click Continue.
- Choose the IMAP option to proceed.
- Choose whether to sync your emails:
- Sync to Microsoft Cloud (recommended) or
- Directly via IMAP.
- Fill out the form:
- IMAP Password: your email password.
- IMAP Incoming Mail Server:
mail.voorbeeld.cc
- SMTP Username: your full email address.
- SMTP Password: your email password.
- SMTP Outgoing Mail Server:
mail.voorbeeld.cc
- Click the blue Add Account button.
Your email address has now been successfully added and is ready to send and receive emails.
