# Adding Your Email Address to Microsoft Outlook 365 (macOS)

### Step-by-Step Guide

1. In the menu bar, click **Outlook**.
2. Click **Settings...**.
3. Under **Personal Settings**, click **Accounts**.
4. Click the blue **Add Email Account** button or the **+** at the bottom left and then click **Add Account...**.
5. Fill out the form:
   
* **Email Address:** your full email address.
* Click **Continue**.

6. Choose the **IMAP** option to proceed.
7. Choose whether to sync your emails:
   
* Sync to Microsoft Cloud (recommended) or
* Directly via IMAP.

8. Fill out the form:
   
* **IMAP Password:** your email password.
* **IMAP Incoming Mail Server:** `mail.voorbeeld.cc`
* **SMTP Username:** your full email address.
* **SMTP Password:** your email password.
* **SMTP Outgoing Mail Server:** `mail.voorbeeld.cc`

9. Click the blue **Add Account** button.

Your email address has now been successfully added and is ready to send and receive emails.
