# Adding Your Email Address to Microsoft Outlook 365 (Windows)

||| ℹ️ **Note:** Before starting, verify that your domain name has a valid SSL certificate and that your login credentials are correct by logging in via webmail.

### Step-by-Step Guide

1. In the menu, click **File** and then click **+ Add Account**.

2. Enter the email address you want to add and click **Connect**.

3. Choose **Advanced setup** and select **IMAP**.

4. Fill out the form:

   **Incoming mail:**
* **Server:** `mail.voorbeeld.cc`
* **Port:** `993`
* **Encryption method:** SSL/TLS

   **Outgoing mail:**
* **Server:** `mail.voorbeeld.cc`
* **Port:** `465`
* **Encryption method:** SSL/TLS

5. Click **Next**.

6. In the **Password** field, enter your email account password.
7. Click **Connect**.

8. Finally, click **Done**.

Your email address has now been successfully added and is ready to send and receive emails.
