Adding Your Email Address to the New Microsoft Outlook (Windows 10/11)
ℹ️ Note: Before starting, verify that your domain name has a valid SSL certificate and that your login credentials work via webmail.

This guide is intended for the new version of Microsoft Outlook that is included for free on Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers.
Open Microsoft Outlook.
Under Recommended accounts, enter your full email address.
Click the Continue button.

In the IMAP Password field, enter your email password.
Click the Continue button.

Choose whether to sync your IMAP account with Microsoft Cloud:
Select Continue (default and recommended) to sync.
Or select Cancel if you do not wish to sync.

Click the Next button.

Choose whether you want to send optional data to Microsoft (optional).
Click the Accept button.

Finally, click the Continue button.

Your email address has now been successfully added and is ready to send and receive emails.
ℹ️ Important: In this guide, replace voorbeeld.cc with your own domain name.
