# Adding Your Email Address to Windows Mail

||| ℹ️ **Note:** Before starting, verify that your domain name has a valid SSL certificate and that your login credentials are correct by logging in via webmail.

### Step-by-Step Guide

1. Click the **settings icon** at the bottom left.

2. Click **Manage Accounts** at the top right.

3. Click **+ Add Account**.

4. Click **Other Account POP, IMAP**.

5. Fill out the form as follows:
   
* **Email address:** your full email address.
* **Send your messages using this name:** your name or company name.
* **Password:** your email password.

6. Click the **Sign in** button.

7. Finally, click the **Done** button.

Your email address has now been successfully added and is ready to send and receive emails.
