This article applies to approving or rejecting transfers in Mijn Xynta.

### Approving or Rejecting a Transfer

1. Go to [Mijn Xynta](https://mijn.xynta.com) and log in with your email address and password.
2. At the top of the page, click **MY ACCOUNT**.
3. In the submenu, click **TRANSFERS**.
4. Under **Received**, click on the transfer you wish to approve or reject.
5. Click the **MANAGE** button.
6. Choose either **Approve Transfer** or **Reject Transfer**.
7. Confirm your choice by clicking the green **Approve** button or the red **Reject** button, depending on your decision.

### Consequences of Your Choice

* **Approve:**
  The service will be automatically transferred to your customer account.  
  The current customer will receive an email confirming the approval and the transfer.

* **Reject:**
  The service will **not** be transferred.  
  The current customer will receive an email informing them that the transfer was rejected.
