Can I enable DNSSEC for my domain?
At the moment, we do not offer a self-service option to enable DNSSEC through our client portal.
If you would like to activate DNSSEC for your domain, please contact us. We can enable DNSSEC for domains that use our managed nameservers upon your request.
π Future plans:
We are planning to enable DNSSEC automatically for all domains on our nameservers. However, we cannot provide a timeline for this implementation yet.
DNSSEC stands for Domain Name System Security Extensions and was developed to make the Domain Name System (DNS) more secure.
Key benefits of DNSSEC:
Verifies the authenticity and integrity of DNS responses.
Prevents manipulation such as DNS spoofing and cache poisoning.
Protects users from being redirected to fraudulent websites.
Strengthens the confidentiality and integrity of online transactions.
DNSSEC uses digital signatures to ensure that DNS information received by users is authentic and has not been altered during transmission.
