ℹ️ Note: Before starting, verify that your domain name has a valid SSL certificate and that your login credentials are correct by logging in via webmail.

Step-by-Step Guide


  1. In the menu bar, click Outlook.
  2. Click Settings....
  3. Under Personal Settings, click Accounts.
  4. Click the blue Add Email Account button or the + at the bottom left and then click Add Account....
  5. Fill out the form:

  • Email Address: your full email address.
  • Click Continue.


  1. Choose the IMAP option to proceed.
  2. Choose whether to sync your emails:

  • Sync to Microsoft Cloud (recommended) or
  • Directly via IMAP.


  1. Fill out the form:

  • IMAP Password: your email password.
  • IMAP Incoming Mail Server: mail.voorbeeld.cc
  • SMTP Username: your full email address.
  • SMTP Password: your email password.
  • SMTP Outgoing Mail Server: mail.voorbeeld.cc


  1. Click the blue Add Account button.


Your email address has now been successfully added and is ready to send and receive emails.


ℹ️ Important: In this guide, replace voorbeeld.cc with your own domain name.
