# Connect email traffic to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another app suite

This article applies to our Web and Reseller Hosting packages.

If you have purchased Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another app suite and want to connect your domain’s email traffic, follow the steps below.

* Ensure you have an active subscription for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another app suite.
* Complete the installation process before following this guide.
* Incorrect setup may cause email delivery issues.
* Contact your app suite provider if you encounter problems.
* You can purchase Microsoft 365 from us; we will handle the full setup.

### Automatic MX configuration

1. Log in at https://voorbeeld.cc:2222 (or via [Single Sign-On (SSO)](/en/article/logging-in-to-hosting-package-via-single-sign-on-sso-1biycbb/)).
2. Under **E-mail Management**, click **MX Records**.
3. At the bottom, select the desired app suite under **MX Template**.
4. Uncheck **Affect Pointers** if you do not want to modify linked domain names.
5. Click **SAVE**.

After configuration, verify your DNS zone to ensure the correct records have been added, as some providers require specific settings.

### Manual DNS configuration (if no template is available)

1. Log in at https://voorbeeld.cc:2222 (or via [Single Sign-On (SSO)](/en/article/logging-in-to-hosting-package-via-single-sign-on-sso-1biycbb/)).
2. Edit the DNS zone of your domain:

* Add the required DNS records.
* Remove conflicting records.
* Adjust SPF and MX records if needed.

3. Click on the **xYnta logo** at the top left to return to the homepage.
4. Under **E-mail Management**, click **MX Records**.
5. Under **Options**, uncheck **Use this server to handle my emails**.
6. Click **SAVE**.
