# Creating an Administrator Account on Your Managed VPS

### Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in as the **admin** user at `https://mvm-klantnaamX.srvnl.nl:2222`.
2. Click the **menu icon** on the left side.
3. Click **Account Manager**.
4. Click **Create Administrator**.
5. Fill out the form:
   
* **Username:** enter the desired username.
* **E-mail:** enter the email address of the new administrator.
* **Password:** choose a secure password (at least 16 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
* **Send E-mail Notification:** check this box if you want to send an email with the login details after account creation.

6. Click **CREATE**.

Your new administrator account has now been successfully created and can be used immediately to log in to the DirectAdmin control panel.
