Creating an Email Forwarder

Log in to https://[servernaam].srvnl.nl:8443.
📖 More info: How to find out which server you're on

In the right menu, click Mail.
Click the + Create Email Address button.
Fill out the form as follows:

Email address: enter the first part of the email address.
(Example: for jansen@voorbeeld.it, enter jansen only.)
Can be used to log in to Plesk: check if you want the user to manage settings (optional).
External email address: optional, for password recovery.
Password: choose a strong password (recommended: at least 16 characters, uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols).
Confirm password: re-enter the chosen password.
Mailbox: uncheck this if you want only forwarding.

Go to the Forwarding tab:

Check Activate mail forwarding.
Enter the email address(es) (one per line) to which incoming messages should be forwarded.

Finally, click OK.

The email forwarder has now been successfully created.

📌 Important:

Spam filters may treat forwarded emails more strictly.
You can partially avoid this by creating a full mailbox for the address.

ℹ️ Important: In this guide, replace voorbeeld.it with your own domain name and [servernaam] with the server where your hosting package is hosted.
