Creating your own backup

1. Log in at https://[servernaam].srvnl.nl:8443.

2. Under Files & Databases, click Backups.
3. Click the Backups button.
4. Complete the form as follows:

• Choose under Backup content what data to include:
• • Settings (required)
  • Mail messages
  • User files
  • Databases

• Choose under Store in where you want to save the backup (default: your hosting package).

• Choose under Type the type of backup:
• • We recommend Full if you don't regularly make manual backups.

• Under Backup settings, add a note in Comments, for example:

"Backup before website maintenance on January 1, 2024".

• (Optional) Tick Send notification email upon completion and enter your email address.

5. Click OK.

✅ The backup will now be created.

Depending on the size of your hosting package, this may take a few minutes to several hours.

• Replace voorbeeld.it with your own domain name.
• Replace [servernaam] with the server name where your hosting package is hosted.
