First-time connection to the API
ℹ️ Note: This article applies to users wishing to use our API.
Before you can use our API, you need to follow a few steps to enable connection and authorization.
Steps to activate API access

Go to Mijn Xynta and log in with your email address and password.
Click on ACCOUNT at the top of the page.
In the submenu, click on API.
Navigate to the section API Settings.
Check the option I want to enable API access for my customer account.
Click the orange Save button.
UserID (uid): Available under the Connect to the API section.
IPHash (hash): A unique string of numbers and letters linked to the IP address you add.
Add a new IP address under the IP Address Whitelist section.
Currently, only IPv4 addresses can be added. Please contact us if you wish to add an IPv6 address.
⚠️ Important notes:
You must have an active customer account and at least one active service to use the API.
Without active services, API usage is not possible.
