First-time connection to the API

Before you can use our API, you need to follow a few steps to enable connection and authorization.

Steps to activate API access

1. Go to Mijn Xynta and log in with your email address and password.
2. Click on ACCOUNT at the top of the page.
3. In the submenu, click on API.
4. Navigate to the section API Settings.
5. Check the option I want to enable API access for my customer account.
6. Click the orange Save button.

Requirements for connection

• UserID (uid): Available under the Connect to the API section.
• IPHash (hash): A unique string of numbers and letters linked to the IP address you add.

• Add a new IP address under the IP Address Whitelist section.

Currently, only IPv4 addresses can be added. Please contact us if you wish to add an IPv6 address.

• You must have an active customer account and at least one active service to use the API.
• Without active services, API usage is not possible.
