# How are you informed about maintenance or outages?

When we schedule maintenance or experience a service disruption, we believe in **targeted communication**. This means only customers affected by the issue will receive a notification by email.

*  ✅ **Who receives notifications?**  
All customers with an active hosting or server service automatically receive maintenance and outage emails.

*  📢 **Status Page**  
At the top of our [status page](https://status.xynta.com), a banner will appear when maintenance is scheduled or a known outage is in progress.

*  ℹ️ **No issues reported?**  
If you see the message *“Looks like everything is operating normally.”*, then there are currently no known issues. Still experiencing problems? Feel free to contact us.
