A domain name contact is a template containing contact and address details, used when registering or updating a domain name.


Step-by-Step Guide



Go to Mijn Xynta and log in with your email address and password.
At the top of the page, click Domeinnamen.
In the submenu, click Contacten.
Click the Add New Contact button.
Complete the form as follows:

Your reference: A custom reference to identify the contact.
Company name: The company's name (optional).
Chamber of Commerce number (KVK): (optional).
VAT number: (optional).
Initials: Initials of the contact.
Last name: Last name of the contact.
Address: Street name and house number.
Postal code: Postal code.
City: City of residence or registration.
Country: Country of origin.
Email address: Email address of the contact.
Phone number: Phone number of the contact (digits only, e.g., 0101234567 or 0612345678).

Click the Add button.


After Adding



The domain name contact will now be created.
In the right-hand menu under Contacten, click on the newly created contact to view its status.
Once the domain name contact shows as ready for use, you can use it to register or update a domain name.

Important:

It is not allowed to use fictitious details for a domain name contact.
If you wish to register a domain name anonymously, please contact us.
Due to GDPR regulations, personal details are generally not displayed in WHOIS search results for domain names.
