# Is it possible to move my server to you?

It is unfortunately not possible to directly transfer a server one-to-one.  
However, we offer **free support** to help you transfer all your data from another provider to a newly ordered **Managed VPS package** with us.

### How does it work?

1. 📞 **Contact us in advance**
   We'll discuss the best way to handle the transfer.

2. 📝 **Assessment**
   We'll ask a few questions to determine if the transfer is feasible. In some cases, we may request temporary access to your current server for an assessment.

3. 🛠️ **Plan of action**
   Based on the assessment, we will inform you about how the transfer will be executed.
