# Modify PHP Settings

### Modifying PHP settings

1. Log in to `https://voorbeeld.cc:2222` (or use [Single Sign-On (SSO)](/en/article/logging-in-to-hosting-package-via-single-sign-on-sso-1biycbb/)).
2. Under **Extra Features**, click **Select PHP Version**.
3. Go to the **Options** tab.
4. You can now adjust PHP settings such as **error_reporting**, **max_execution_time**, **memory_limit**, and **upload_max_filesize**.
   
* Changes are saved immediately after editing.
* New settings should be active within 5 minutes.

| 📌 **Tip:**

* The default upload limit is **2 MB**. For WordPress sites, it's recommended to increase **post_max_size** and **upload_max_filesize** to **64M** or **128M**.
* Alternatively, you can upload new plugins and themes via **FTP** to the `/wp-content/plugins` and `/wp-content/themes` folders.
