# My domain name is not working! What could be the reason?

For certain international domain extensions – including .com, .net, and .org – an email is sent within 30 to 90 minutes after the registration or transfer to the registrant’s and/or administrative contact’s email address.

📧 **Email verification required:**  
This email has the subject **Request for Email Address Validation** and contains a link to **emailverification.info**. Through this link, you are asked to confirm ownership of the email address provided during the domain registration or transfer.

🕒 **Important:**  
If you do not confirm your email address within 14 days, the domain name will be automatically suspended, causing it to stop functioning.

✅ **Solution:**  
Once you confirm your email address, the domain name will automatically reactivate within 30 to 90 minutes.

📩 **Didn't receive the email?**  
If you cannot find or did not receive the email, please contact us. We can resend the verification email so you can complete the confirmation process.
