### Performing an Email Sending Test via Mail-tester

1. Visit [https://www.mail-tester.com](https://www.mail-tester.com).
2. Copy the email address displayed on the page.
3. Send an email to this address.

* ‼️ For realistic results, send the original email that failed to reach the recipient.
* ‼️ Avoid using the word "Test" or sending an empty message, as this may negatively affect the score.

4. After sending the email, click **Then check your score**.
5. Wait a few seconds while the test results are retrieved.
6. Once the results are displayed, copy the URL from your browser’s address bar (for example: `https://www.mail-tester.com/test-2ybdpm9ay`).
7. Contact us, explain your email sending issue, and provide the copied URL.

If the test shows " **Wow! Perfect, go ahead, Score: 10/10** ", there is nothing wrong with your email address.  If your email still does not reach the recipient, the issue likely lies with the recipient. If they deny this, please contact us for further assistance.
