Requesting Login Details for Mijn Xynta, Hosting, or Server
Forgotten your password or need the login details for your hosting plan? Below you'll find how to (re)set or request your login details for each product.
My xYnta
Forgotten your password for My xYnta? Set a new password via the following steps:
- Go to My xYnta and click FORGOT? at the top.
- Enter the email address registered with us.
- Click the orange Request Login Details button.
- You'll receive an email at the address you provided right away.
- In the email, click the Confirm link.
- Enter a new password in the New password field and repeat it in the New password (repeat) field.
- Click the orange Set new password button.
You can now log in to My xYnta with your new password.
Web, WordPress or Email Hosting
Lost the login details for your hosting plan — for example for DirectAdmin, Plesk or your email? You can request new ones yourself:
- Log in to My xYnta with your email address and password.
- Click HOSTING at the top.
- Under Hosting packages, click the plan whose login details you want to request.
- Click the MANAGE button.
- Click Request login details.
You'll receive the new login details at your registered email address within 5 to 30 minutes.
Reseller Hosting
For Reseller Hosting you request the login details through a dedicated section in My xYnta:
- Log in to My xYnta with your email address and password.
- Click RESELLER at the top.
- Under Reseller packages, click the plan whose login details you want to request.
- Click the MANAGE button.
- Click Request login details.
You'll receive the new login details at your registered email address within 5 to 30 minutes.
Managed VPS
Upon delivery of your Managed VPS, you'll receive the login details for your server by email. Lost these details? We're happy to reset them for you:
- Log in to My xYnta.
- Start a chat using the round chat button in the bottom right.
- Ask us to reset the login details for your control panel.
You'll receive the new login details at your registered email address.
