Requesting Login Details for Mijn Xynta, Hosting, or Server

Forgotten your password or need the login details for your hosting plan? Below you'll find how to (re)set or request your login details for each product.


This article applies to our Web Hosting, Email Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Reseller Hosting and Managed VPS plans.



Make sure the email address registered with your xYnta account is always up to date. All password resets and new login details are sent to this address. No longer have access to this email address? Get in touch — we'll assist you through an identity verification.


My xYnta


Forgotten your password for My xYnta? Set a new password via the following steps:


  1. Go to My xYnta and click FORGOT? at the top.
  2. Enter the email address registered with us.
  3. Click the orange Request Login Details button.
  4. You'll receive an email at the address you provided right away.
  5. In the email, click the Confirm link.
  6. Enter a new password in the New password field and repeat it in the New password (repeat) field.
  7. Click the orange Set new password button.


You can now log in to My xYnta with your new password.


Do you have Two Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled? Then you'll need your verification code in addition to your new password to log in.



Web, WordPress or Email Hosting


Lost the login details for your hosting plan — for example for DirectAdmin, Plesk or your email? You can request new ones yourself:


  1. Log in to My xYnta with your email address and password.
  2. Click HOSTING at the top.
  3. Under Hosting packages, click the plan whose login details you want to request.
  4. Click the MANAGE button.
  5. Click Request login details.


You'll receive the new login details at your registered email address within 5 to 30 minutes.


Want to access your hosting plan without entering a password? Use Single Sign-On (SSO) from My xYnta — this works with our Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans (not with WordPress Hosting).



Reseller Hosting


For Reseller Hosting you request the login details through a dedicated section in My xYnta:


  1. Log in to My xYnta with your email address and password.
  2. Click RESELLER at the top.
  3. Under Reseller packages, click the plan whose login details you want to request.
  4. Click the MANAGE button.
  5. Click Request login details.


You'll receive the new login details at your registered email address within 5 to 30 minutes.



Managed VPS


Upon delivery of your Managed VPS, you'll receive the login details for your server by email. Lost these details? We're happy to reset them for you:


  1. Log in to My xYnta.
  2. Start a chat using the round chat button in the bottom right.
  3. Ask us to reset the login details for your control panel.


You'll receive the new login details at your registered email address.


For security reasons, we only reset VPS login details after verifying your identity. Please note that we will never ask for your full password.
