# Resetting Your Hosting Package

### Step-by-Step Guide

**Important!** Following the steps below will delete almost all data (such as settings, files, and email addresses) from your hosting package. Databases are often not deleted automatically but can be removed manually afterward if needed.

Be sure to save any data you want to keep before proceeding.

1. Log in to `https://voorbeeld.cc:2222` (or use [Single Sign-On (SSO)](/en/article/logging-in-to-hosting-package-via-single-sign-on-sso-1biycbb/)).
2. Reset all file permissions to ensure all data can be deleted.
3. Under **Account Manager**, click **Domain Pointers** (if applicable).
4. Select all domain names in the overview.
5. Click the **Delete** button at the top right.
6. Click **CONFIRM**.
7. Return to the homepage by clicking the **xYnta logo**.
8. Under **Account Manager**, click **Domain Setup**.
9. Select all domain names in the overview.
10. Click the **Delete** button at the top right.
11. Check **Delete Web Data**.
12. Click **CONFIRM**.
13. Re-add the deleted domain names.
14. Re-add any domain pointers if necessary.

| 📌 **Note:**

* If you get a message that a domain already exists, please contact us for assistance.
* You can now upload new data to your hosting package.
* If the reason for resetting is not resolved, we can delete and recreate your hosting package. **Always create a backup first**.
