### Setting Up an Autoresponder

1. Log in to `https://voorbeeld.cc:2222` (or use [Single Sign-On (SSO)](/en/article/logging-in-to-hosting-package-via-single-sign-on-sso-1biycbb/)).

3. Click the **+ CREATE AUTORESPONDER** button at the top right.
4. Fill out the form as follows:

* **Reply Address:** enter the first part of the existing email address.
*(Example: for voorbeeld@voorbeeld.cc, enter **voorbeeld** only.)*
* **Automatic Response:** enter the message you want to send as an automatic reply.
* **Send a CC to (optional):** enable this if you want to forward a copy to another email address (e.g., a colleague).

5. Click **SAVE** at the bottom right.

| 📌 **Important:**

* The **Reply Frequency** is set to two days by default.
This means the same person will only receive your automatic reply once every two days.
* You can set **either** an autoresponder **or** a vacation message, **not both simultaneously** for the same email address.

||| ℹ️ **Important:** In this guide, replace `voorbeeld.cc` with your own domain name.
