Setting up an autoresponder

1. Log in at https://[servernaam].srvnl.nl:8443.

2. In the right menu, click on Mail.
3. Click on the email address for which you want to set up an autoresponder.
4. Click on the Autoresponder tab.
5. Complete the form as follows:

• Check Activate automatic reply.
• Enter the subject in Subject of Automatic Reply.
• Enter your message in Message text of Automatic Reply.
• (Optional) Fill in Forward to if you want to forward incoming emails.
• Set Send automatic replies to a unique address no more than (times per day) as needed (default: once per day).
• (Optional) Attach a file via Attach a file.
• (Optional) Enable Disable automatic reply and set a date if you want to turn it off automatically.

6. Click OK.

✅ The autoresponder has now been successfully set up.

Anyone emailing the specified address will receive your automatic reply.

• Replace voorbeeld.it with your own domain name.
• Replace [servernaam] with the server name where your hosting package is located.
