### Setting Up a Vacation Message

1. Log in to `https://voorbeeld.cc:2222` (or use [Single Sign-On (SSO)](/en/article/logging-in-to-hosting-package-via-single-sign-on-sso-1biycbb/)).
2. Under the **Email Manager** section, click **Vacation Messages**.
3. Click the **+ SET VACATION MESSAGE** button at the top right.
4. Fill out the form as follows:

* **Vacation account:** enter the first part of the email address for which you want to set a vacation message.
*(Example: for voorbeeld@voorbeeld.cc, enter **voorbeeld** only.)*
* **Vacation message:** enter the message that will be sent automatically.
* **Vacation Period:** select the start and end dates when the vacation message should be active.

5. Click the **CREATE** button at the bottom right.

The vacation message has now been successfully set up. When someone sends an email to the specified address, they will receive your automatic reply.

| 📌 **Important:**

* The **Reply Frequency** is set to once per day by default.
This means the same sender will only receive one vacation reply per day.
* You can set **either** an autoresponder **or** a vacation message, not both simultaneously for the same email address.

||| ℹ️ **Important:** In this guide, replace `voorbeeld.cc` with your own domain name.
