# (Temporarily) Suspend an Account – Reseller Hosting

### Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in at `https://voorbeeld.cc:2222` (or log in via [Single Sign-On (SSO)](/en/article/logging-in-to-reseller-hosting-package-via-single-sign-on-sso-1y7pd6n/)).
2. Click on **Account Manager**.
3. Click **Show Users**.
4. Click the username of the account you wish to block.
5. Click the **SUSPEND** button at the top right.
6. Complete the form as follows:
   
* **Reason:** select a reason for the suspension (only visible to you).
* **Details:** optionally add internal notes.
* **Override Suspension Message:** check if you wish to inform the user via email.
* **Subject:** enter the email subject.
* **Message:** enter the email body.
* **Warn:** check to confirm you want to send the email.

7. Click **SUSPEND**.

The account is now temporarily blocked.  
It may take a few minutes for the suspension to become active.

| ℹ️ **Tip:** You can easily lift the suspension later through the same user management section.
