# Viewing Previous Conversations and Linking Email Addresses

### Viewing Previous Conversations

1. Go to [Mijn Xynta](https://mijn.xynta.com) and log in with your email address and password.
2. At the top of the page, click **CONTACT**.
3. On the right side of the page, you will find an overview* of your previous conversations.
4. Click on a conversation to view it.

| 📌 **Note:** The overview only shows conversations associated with previously linked email addresses.

### Linking an Email Address

1. Go to [Mijn Xynta](https://mijn.xynta.com) and log in with your email address and password.
2. At the top of the page, click **CONTACT**.
3. In the submenu, click **LINK EMAIL**.
4. Click the orange **Link New Email Address** button.
5. Enter the email address you want to link and click **Add**.
6. A linking code will be sent to the specified email address.
7. After receiving the linking code, click **Enter Linking Code** in the **Linked Email Addresses** section.
8. Enter the received code and click **Link**.

### Important Information

* Your email address is now linked. Conversations associated with this email address will appear in the conversation overview.
* Conversations without login, without an entered email address, or via external platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or WhatsApp will not be displayed.
