Adding Your Email Address to Mail (iPhone)

ℹ️ Note: Before starting, verify that your domain name has a valid SSL certificate and that your login credentials are correct by logging in via webmail.

Step-by-Step Guide

Open the Settings app.


Use the search function at the top and search for Mail.
Click on the Mail icon.


Click Add Account.


Click Other.


Click Add Mail Account.


Fill out the form as follows:

Name: your name or company name.
Email: your full email address.
Password: your email password.
Description: a recognizable description, such as "Private" or "Business".

Tap Next in the top right corner.


Enter the server settings:

INCOMING MAIL SERVER

Host Name: mail.voorbeeld.cc
Username: your full email address.
Password: your email password.

OUTGOING MAIL SERVER

Host Name: mail.voorbeeld.cc
Username: your full email address.
Password: your email password.

Tap Next in the top right corner.


Finally, tap Save.



Your email address has now been successfully added and is ready for use.

ℹ️ Important: In this guide, replace voorbeeld.cc with your own domain name.
