Transferring a Reseller Hosting Package to Another Customer
Want to transfer your Reseller Hosting plan to another customer within xYnta? You can arrange this yourself fully through My xYnta. The new customer receives a confirmation request by email — once confirmed, we'll complete the transfer automatically.
Before you start
- The new customer must have a customer account with xYnta. Don't have an account yet? Have them register first at mijn.xynta.com/aanmelden.
- Make sure you have the correct email address. You'll enter the new customer's registered email address during the transfer — that address receives the confirmation request.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to My xYnta and log in with your email address and password.
- Click RESELLER at the top of the page.
- Under Reseller packages, click the plan you want to transfer.
- Click the MANAGE button.
- Click the Transfer menu option.
- Enter the email address of the customer account you want to transfer the plan to.
- Click Send.
What happens next?
- The new customer receives an email asking them to confirm the transfer.
- After confirmation, we automatically transfer the Reseller Hosting plan to the new customer's account.
- You'll receive a confirmation by email once the transfer is completed.
