Connecting to Your Managed VPS via SSH
Follow the step-by-step guide below to establish an SSH connection to your Managed VPS.

ℹ️ Note:
In these instructions, mvm-klantnaamX.srvnl.nl is used as an example. Replace this with the hostname of your own Managed VPS package.
You can find your hostname by logging in to Mijn Xynta and viewing your server details.
Log in as user admin at https://mvm-klantnaamX.srvnl.nl:2222.
Click Account Manager on the left.
Click Show All Users.
Click on the username of the account you want to connect to.
Click Login as [username] on the right.
Click Advanced Features on the left.
Click SSH Keys.
Click Paste Key on the right.
Paste your public RSA key into the Line field.
Click the green CREATE button.
Add the IP address you will connect from to your VPS firewall whitelist.

To find your IP address, visit: What is my IP?.
Connect to your VPS hostname via SSH on port 7369,
using the username of the account where you added your public RSA key.
⚠️ Important:
You can only connect to accounts that you have created yourself.
Access as superuser or administrator (root) is not allowed.
If the SSH Keys page is not visible:
Log in again as user admin at https://mvm-klantnaamX.srvnl.nl:2222.
Click Account Manager on the left.
Click Show All Users.
Click on the username where the SSH Keys page is missing.
Click the Modify tab.
Check whether the SSH option is enabled.
- If not, enable it.
Click the green SAVE button at the bottom.
The SSH Keys page should now be visible.
You can now repeat the original steps to add your public RSA key.
