Creating a Backup of Accounts

1. Log in at https://voorbeeld.cc:2222 (or log in via Single Sign-On (SSO)).
2. Click Reseller Tools on the left-hand side.
3. Click Manage User Backups.
4. Click the + SCHEDULE button at the top right.
5. Select the users you wish to back up, or choose All Users. Then click NEXT STEP.
6. Choose:

• Now to start an immediate backup, or
• Schedule to configure a recurring backup (e.g., daily).

Click NEXT STEP.

7. Choose the backup storage location:

• Local: Backups will be stored on your Reseller Hosting package (monitor disk space usage).
• FTP: Backups will be sent to an external server via FTP. Complete the form:
• IP: the IPv4 address, IPv6 address, or hostname of the external server.
• Username: FTP username of the external server.
• Password: FTP password of the external server.
• Path: directory where backups should be stored (e.g., /backups).
• Port: the FTP port of the external server.
• Secure FTP: check to use SFTP for a secure connection.

8. Finally, click SCHEDULE to start the backup.

Depending on the amount of data, the backup process may take from a few minutes to several hours.

You will automatically receive an email notification once the backup is completed.
