How are you informed about maintenance or outages?
When we schedule maintenance or experience a service disruption, we believe in targeted communication. This means only customers affected by the issue will receive a notification by email.
- ✅ Who receives notifications?
All customers with an active hosting or server service automatically receive maintenance and outage emails.
- 📢 Status Page
At the top of our status page, a banner will appear when maintenance is scheduled or a known outage is in progress.
- ℹ️ No issues reported?
If you see the message “Looks like everything is operating normally.”, then there are currently no known issues. Still experiencing problems? Feel free to contact us.
