Monitoring of your Managed VPS

When you choose a Managed VPS package with us, we ensure continuous monitoring of your server. This means that we check the availability and performance of your server every minute, across more than 100 metrics.


When a problem or threat is detected, we immediately receive an alert and take swift action to resolve or prevent the issue.



Monitoring includes:


  • Protection against server attacks
  • Timely intervention if storage space is running out
  • Restarting services like Apache or MariaDB if they crash
  • Monitoring server load


📊 Viewing your monitoring data


Follow these steps to view your server's monitoring data:


  1. Go to Mijn Xynta and log in.
  2. Click MANAGED VPS at the top.
  3. In the submenu, click MONITORING.
  4. Under Managed VPS Packages, select the server you wish to view.



📈 Monitoring and current status


At the top of the monitoring page, you will find:


  • IPv4 and IPv6 address of your server
  • Uptime percentage since delivery
  • Current Load Average
  • Current availability status


The graph displays:


  • Availability over the past 30 days
  • Status of services like SSH, web, database, email, and control panel
  • Yellow lines ( checks warn): potential issues
  • Red lines ( checks error): actual server downtime


🚨 Incident overview


Under the Incidents section, you can find:


  • Timestamp of the alert
  • Duration of the incident
  • Server load at the time of the alert


🕓 History report


Under the History section, you will see:


  • Number of checks over the past 30 days
  • How often the server was reported as up, warn, and down
  • Average server load per day
  • Daily uptime percentage
