Remote Support via AnyDesk
Sometimes it's helpful if we briefly look at your computer to help solve a problem. We do this using AnyDesk, a secure program that allows us to log in remotely for a short time.
👨💻 Install AnyDesk on Windows
- Go to https://anydesk.com.
- Click on Download Now.
- Open the downloaded file AnyDesk.exe.
- AnyDesk will start immediately; installation is not required.
- At the top, you'll see your AnyDesk address (e.g.,
123 456 789
). Share this number with us when we request it.
🍎 Install AnyDesk on Mac (macOS)
- Go to https://anydesk.com.
- Click on Download Now.
- Open the file AnyDesk.dmg and drag the icon to Applications.
- Launch AnyDesk.
- macOS may ask for additional permissions:
- Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Privacy.
- Allow Screen Recording and Accessibility for AnyDesk.
- Click the lock icon to confirm changes (if needed).
- Close AnyDesk and reopen it.

Has a staff member asked you for information (e.g., your AnyDesk address or email details)? Then send it securely via:
