Remote Support via AnyDesk

Sometimes it's helpful if we briefly look at your computer to help solve a problem. We do this using AnyDesk, a secure program that allows us to log in remotely for a short time.


You only need to install this if one of our staff members asks you to.




👨‍💻 Install AnyDesk on Windows


  1. Go to https://anydesk.com.
  2. Click on Download Now.
  3. Open the downloaded file AnyDesk.exe.
  4. AnyDesk will start immediately; installation is not required.
  5. At the top, you'll see your AnyDesk address (e.g., 123 456 789). Share this number with us when we request it.



🍎 Install AnyDesk on Mac (macOS)


  1. Go to https://anydesk.com.
  2. Click on Download Now.
  3. Open the file AnyDesk.dmg and drag the icon to Applications.
  4. Launch AnyDesk.
  5. macOS may ask for additional permissions:


  • Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Privacy.
  • Allow Screen Recording and Accessibility for AnyDesk.
  • Click the lock icon to confirm changes (if needed).


  1. Close AnyDesk and reopen it.

Has a staff member asked you for information (e.g., your AnyDesk address or email details)? Then send it securely via:

👉 https://mijn.xynta.com/versturen


Example of what you can send:


  • AnyDesk address: 123 456 789
  • Email address: info@example.com
  • Username and password (only if needed for help with email setup)
