Requesting Login Details for Mijn Xynta, Hosting, or Server

ℹ️ Note: This article applies to our Web, Email, WordPress, Reseller Hosting, and Managed VPS packages.



Mijn Xynta


  1. Go to Mijn Xynta and click the FORGOT? button at the top.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Click the orange Request Login Details button.
  4. You will receive an email shortly.
  5. Click the link in the received email ( Confirm).
  6. Enter a new password in the New password field.
  7. Repeat it in the Repeat new password field.
  8. Click the orange Set New Password button.


Your new password is now active, and you can log in to Mijn Xynta again.



Web, WordPress, and Email Hosting


  1. Log in to Mijn Xynta with your email address and password.
  2. Click HOSTING at the top of the page.
  3. Under Hosting packages, click the package for which you want to reset login details.
  4. Click MANAGE.
  5. Then click Request Login Details.


You will receive the new login credentials within 5 to 30 minutes via your registered email address.



Reseller Hosting


  1. Log in to Mijn Xynta with your email address and password.
  2. Click RESELLER at the top of the page.
  3. Under Reseller packages, select the Reseller Hosting package you want to reset.
  4. Click MANAGE.
  5. Then click Request Login Details.


You will receive the new login credentials within 5 to 30 minutes via your registered email address.



Managed VPS


  • Upon delivery, your server login details are sent to you via email.
  • Lost your login information? Log in to Mijn Xynta.
  • Use the round chat button at the bottom right to chat with one of our team members.
  • Request a reset of your control panel login details.
