What is a support code and what is it used for?

A support code is a unique sequence of numbers, consisting of three sets of three digits, that you can use to verify your identity when contacting us.

We may ask for your support code when you:

Call us
Call our emergency number
Chat with us
Send us an email from an address that is not registered with us

How can you request a support code?



As a customer:

You can easily request your support code via
https://mijn.xynta.com/contact/support-code.
You must be logged in to your customer account.

As an authorized contact person:

You can request a support code via
https://mijn.xynta.com/support-code.
You received the necessary details by email when you were authorized by the customer.

⚠️ Please note: a support code is valid for one hour after it has been requested.
