Using Our Free Migration Service

ℹ️ Note: This article applies to our Web, Email, and WordPress Hosting packages.

The login details of your current hosting provider’s control panel (such as DirectAdmin, cPanel, Plesk, or a custom system).
The login and server details for your email addresses (only if you want to migrate email accounts as well).
An up-to-date website (update plugins and themes and check the PHP version).
The domain transfer code (you will send this after we have prepared the migration).

Choose, order, and pay for one of our Web, Email, or WordPress Hosting packages.
Do not enter a transfer code for your domain during the order; you will send it later.
After ordering, send an email to info@xynta.nl indicating that you wish to use the migration service.
Send the required information securely via: https://mijn.xynta.com/versturen.

Make sure your website and plugins are fully updated.
Verify that all submitted information is correct.
Stay available to quickly respond to any questions during the migration process.
Your website will remain active at your current provider until we complete the migration and verification.
