Adding an Email Address to Your Hosting Package

1. Log in to https://voorbeeld.cc:2222 (or use Single Sign-On (SSO)).
2. Under the Email Manager section, click Email Accounts.
3. Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button at the top right.
4. Fill out the form as follows:

• Username: enter the first part of the email address.

(Example: for info@voorbeeld.cc, enter info only.)

• Password: choose a strong password (recommended: at least 16 characters, using uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Email quota (MB): enter the maximum allowed storage or select Max (to use your hosting plan's maximum disk space).

• The Daily Send Limit field cannot be modified.
• You can send up to 200 emails per email address per day and 500 emails per hosting package per day.

5. Finally, click CREATE ACCOUNT.

Your email address is now created and ready to use, provided your domain name is active.
