Approving or Rejecting a Transfer – Mijn Xynta
This article applies to approving or rejecting transfers in Mijn Xynta.
Approving or Rejecting a Transfer
- Go to Mijn Xynta and log in with your email address and password.
- At the top of the page, click MY ACCOUNT.
- In the submenu, click TRANSFERS.
- Under Received, click on the transfer you wish to approve or reject.
- Click the MANAGE button.
- Choose either Approve Transfer or Reject Transfer.
- Confirm your choice by clicking the green Approve button or the red Reject button, depending on your decision.
Consequences of Your Choice
- Approve:
The service will be automatically transferred to your customer account.
The current customer will receive an email confirming the approval and the transfer.
- Reject:
The service will not be transferred.
The current customer will receive an email informing them that the transfer was rejected.
