This article applies to approving or rejecting transfers in Mijn Xynta.


Approving or Rejecting a Transfer


  1. Go to Mijn Xynta and log in with your email address and password.
  2. At the top of the page, click MY ACCOUNT.
  3. In the submenu, click TRANSFERS.
  4. Under Received, click on the transfer you wish to approve or reject.
  5. Click the MANAGE button.
  6. Choose either Approve Transfer or Reject Transfer.
  7. Confirm your choice by clicking the green Approve button or the red Reject button, depending on your decision.


Consequences of Your Choice


  • Approve:

The service will be automatically transferred to your customer account.

The current customer will receive an email confirming the approval and the transfer.


  • Reject:

The service will not be transferred.

The current customer will receive an email informing them that the transfer was rejected.
