Authorizing a Contact Person – Mijn Xynta
ℹ️ Note: By default, you are the only authorized person for your account. Authorizing a contact person allows them to independently request support.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to Mijn Xynta and log in with your email address and password.
- At the top of the page, click CONTACT.
- In the submenu, click AUTHORIZATIONS.
- Click the orange Authorize Contact Person button.
- Fill out the form completely and truthfully.
- In the Explanation field, you can specify what the contact person is allowed and not allowed to request support for. Be as specific as possible.
- Click the orange Authorize button after completing the form.
After Adding
- The contact person is now authorized.
- Both you and the contact person will receive an email confirming the action.
- The email to the contact person will also explain how they can independently request a support code.
