Authorizing a Contact Person – Mijn Xynta
ℹ️ Note: By default, you are the only authorized person for your account. Authorizing a contact person allows them to independently request support.

After Adding

Go to Mijn Xynta and log in with your email address and password.
At the top of the page, click CONTACT.
In the submenu, click AUTHORIZATIONS.
Click the orange Authorize Contact Person button.
Fill out the form completely and truthfully.
📌 Explanation:
In the Explanation field, you can specify what the contact person is allowed and not allowed to request support for. Be as specific as possible.
Click the orange Authorize button after completing the form.
The contact person is now authorized.
Both you and the contact person will receive an email confirming the action.
The email to the contact person will also explain how they can independently request a support code.
