If you wish to cancel one of your services, for example because you no longer need it, please follow the steps below:

Step-by-Step Guide

Go to Mijn Xynta and log in with your email address and password.
Click on MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page.
Then click on SERVICES at the top of the page.
Click the red button with the trash can icon next to the service you want to cancel.
In the field Cancel as of, choose Immediately or End of contract.
Finally, click the red Cancel button.


⚠️ Important:

Immediate cancellation will terminate your service immediately. No refund will be issued for the remaining period.
Cancellation at the end of the contract will terminate your service at the end of the current contract term.

After submitting your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes.
Please keep this email safe; it serves as your official proof of cancellation.

If you are unable to cancel the service yourself, please contact us.
Be sure to clearly state which service you want to cancel and when you would like it to be cancelled.
