Enabling Automatic Updates for Applications via Installatron

Step-by-Step Guide
Instructional Video
Log in at https://voorbeeld.cc:2222 (or via Single Sign-On (SSO)).
Under Extra Applications, click Installatron Applications Installer.
Go to the My Applications tab.
Click the Tools icon next to the application you want to configure.
Go to the Overview tab.
Under Automatic Update, complete the form as follows:
For Automatic Update, select Update to new minor versions and security releases.
For WordPress Plugin Automatic Update, select Create a backup and update WordPress plugins when new versions are available.
For WordPress Theme Automatic Update, select Create a backup and update WordPress themes when new versions are available.
For Automatic Update Backup, select Create a backup and automatically restore the backup if the update fails.
At the bottom of the page, click Save All.
ℹ️ Additional information:
The example above uses a WordPress website.
A backup will be created before applying updates. If something goes wrong, the previous version can be restored.
We recommend not using the Create a backup and update to all new versions option, as major updates are more likely to cause issues.
Always create a full backup before applying updates.
