How to use it?

The hosting package must be cancelled within 30 days of the order.

We will refund the purchase price of the hosting package, excluding domain registration costs.
The guarantee can be used only once per customer.
The guarantee is void in cases of abuse, such as:

➔ Sending spam
➔ Launching attacks
➔ Phishing activities

For payments made via PayPal or credit card, the refund will be processed after 3 months to prevent abuse.
This guarantee does not apply to upgrades of existing hosting packages.

Applies to: Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Email Hosting, and Reseller Hosting packages.
