How often are the displayed usage statistics updated?

⚠️ Important: This article applies to our Web, Email and Reseller Hosting packages.

The usage statistics in the DirectAdmin/hosting control panel are automatically updated once per day.
If you add or remove data from your hosting package, the changes will only become visible after midnight on the next day.

Want to manually refresh the statistics? Follow these steps:

Log in at https://voorbeeld.cc:2222 (or log in using Single Sign-On (SSO)).
Click the Refresh icon next to Disk Space on the right-hand side of the page.
Wait a few minutes. Once complete, you will see the message "Your disk usage has been updated" at the bottom right.

📌 Note: You can refresh your usage statistics once every 30 minutes.
