Transferring a Service to Another Customer
ℹ️ Note: Follow the correct procedure to transfer a domain name, hosting package, or other service to another customer.

Transfer Email - Existing Customer
Transfer Email - New Customer
Important Information
Transfer a domain name: Follow the specific transfer guide.
Transfer hosting: Follow the specific transfer guide.
Transfer a Reseller Hosting package: Follow the specific transfer guide.
Check if the new customer already has an account with us.
If not, they must first register via: https://mijn.xynta.com/aanmelden.
Log in as an existing customer at Mijn Xynta.
Click ACCOUNT at the top of the page.
In the submenu, click SERVICES.
Note the service identifiers of the services you wish to transfer.
Send an email from your registered email address to info@xynta.nl with the following content:
Dear Xynta,
I hereby authorize the transfer of the following service(s) to the customer account [new customer's email address]:
- [service identifier #1]
- [service identifier #2]
and so on.
Kind regards,
[Your name]
Ask the new customer to send an email from their registered email address to info@xynta.nl with the following content:
Dear Xynta,
I agree to the transfer of the following service(s) from the customer account [current customer's email address] to my customer account [new customer's email address]:
- [service identifier #1]
- [service identifier #2]
and so on.
I understand that I assume the contractual and financial responsibility from the current customer and acknowledge that I have read and agreed to the general terms and conditions of Xynta Hosting B.V.
Kind regards,
[New customer's name]
❗ Important:
The transfer is only finalized after the new customer's first payment.
Until then, the original customer remains responsible for payments.
After completion, we can no longer assist the former customer regarding the transferred service(s).
The transfer is only finalized once confirmed by email from Xynta.
If you need assistance or have any questions, feel free to contact our support team.
📌 Replacement instructions:
Replace [current customer's email address] and [new customer's email address] with the actual email addresses.
Replace [service identifier #1] etc. with the noted service names.
