Viewing Previous Conversations and Linking Email Addresses

ℹ️ Note: You can view previous conversations through Mijn Xynta, provided your email address is correctly linked.

Go to Mijn Xynta and log in with your email address and password.
At the top of the page, click CONTACT.
On the right side of the page, you will find an overview* of your previous conversations.
Click on a conversation to view it.

📌 Note: The overview only shows conversations associated with previously linked email addresses.

Go to Mijn Xynta and log in with your email address and password.
At the top of the page, click CONTACT.
In the submenu, click LINK EMAIL.
Click the orange Link New Email Address button.
Enter the email address you want to link and click Add.
A linking code will be sent to the specified email address.
After receiving the linking code, click Enter Linking Code in the Linked Email Addresses section.
Enter the received code and click Link.

Your email address is now linked. Conversations associated with this email address will appear in the conversation overview.
Conversations without login, without an entered email address, or via external platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or WhatsApp will not be displayed.
