What does “New Message: Your Login Key has been created” mean?
When you or one of our support staff logs into your hosting package using Single Sign-On (SSO) (for example, during a support request), a temporary login key is generated. This key provides access to your hosting package for several hours.
You will automatically receive an email with the subject "New Message: Your Login Key has been created". This notification serves as a security alert to inform you of a new login attempt.
