As soon as you order and pay for a domain name, it will be registered for you immediately.

📦 Ordering an existing domain name?
After your payment, the transfer request for the domain will be initiated. Depending on the domain extension, it may take a few hours to several days to complete the transfer.

👥 Are you a reseller?
In some cases, you can order on account. The domain name will then be registered or transferred immediately after placing your order.

Go to Mijn Xynta and log in with your email address and password.
At the top of the page, click Domeinnamen.
In the overview under Domeinnamen, click on one of your domain names.
Click the Beheren button.

5. Click the menu link Standaard gegevens (Default Data).

What Can You Configure?

Contacts: Set a default holder, administrative contact, and technical contact by selecting from previously added domain contacts.
Nameservers: Enter up to 3 default nameservers (at least 2 nameservers are required).
DNS:

Create a default DNS zone template.

After Configuring

* After making changes to any of the sections (Contacts, Nameservers, or DNS), click the Save button to store your settings.

Log in at https://voorbeeld.cc:2222 (or use Single Sign-On (SSO)).
Under Account Manager, click Site Redirection.
At the top right, click + CREATE NEW REDIRECT.
Fill out the form as follows:

Local URL Path: enter / to redirect the entire domain, or /folder to redirect only voorbeeld.cc/folder.

Redirect Type:

301 – Permanent: recommended for permanent redirects.
302 – Temporary: recommended for temporary redirects.
303 – See Other: not recommended unless specifically required.
Destination URL: enter the new address you want to redirect to.

Click the CREATE button to set up the redirect.

The redirect is now active.

If you receive an email with the subject "Warning: 200 emails have just been sent …", it indicates that the daily outgoing email limit of your hosting package has been reached.

➔ The limit resets automatically every night at midnight.
Unauthorized usage:

If you have not sent 200 emails, there may be a security issue or abuse.

What should you do?

Change your password: Immediately change the password of the affected email address.
➔ Use at least 16 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Check your website: Install available updates and remove unnecessary files, folders, plugins, and themes.
Perform a virus scan: Use the built-in virus scanner (cPGuard) available in your hosting package.
Review log files: Check your logs for suspicious activities, warnings, and errors.
Analyze the warning email: Read the warning carefully.

Username: enter the first part of the email address. (Example: for info@voorbeeld.cc, enter info only.)
Password: choose a strong password (recommended: at least 16 characters, using uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
Email quota (MB): enter the maximum allowed storage or select Max (to use your hosting plan's maximum disk space).

| 📌 Important:

The Daily Send Limit field cannot be modified.
You can send up to 200 emails per email address per day and 500 emails per hosting package per day.

Finally, click CREATE ACCOUNT.

Your email address is now created and ready to use, provided your domain name is active.
